No free Internet genealogy records list is complete without mentioning the WorldGenWeb. He began in 1996 with the USGenWeb Project and, shortly thereafter, the WorldGenWeb Project went online to provide free access to genealogical information around the world. Every region, country, province and State has a page on WorldGenWeb with access to free queries, links to genealogical information and often free genealogy records transcribed.
